Is it possible to use an instrument cluster from a different make and model?

I have a 94 Toyota Supra. My parents drive an 07 Lexus IS350. I wanted to update the interior of my car a little and I want to swap out my instrument cluster for an IS350 cluster ( I love how they look.) Obviously the connectors won't be the same, but can I manually match wires with sensors, or is it way more complicated than that. Would it be possible? If so, what would it involve? Thanks for the help.

Given enough money and a well equipped shop, anything is possible. However it's unlikely the instruments for one vehicle would be correctly calibrated for another, even if you were to solve the obvious wiring problems.

So, possible? Yes.

Practical? Probably not.

This wont work at all plus the vehicles computer will not except the newer unit and you wont be able to make it work correctly.

You need to pull the skin back and clean yourself every time you take a shower. If you don't, then that's just gross.

If you mean smegma (obviously nothing even remotly close to dirt) then if you clean your penis on a daily basis smegma shouldn't even be forming. So just shower better.
